Newcomers attend the job orientation seminar in which they are informed about the company's policies and functions. Following that, they attend on-the-job training, the duration of which depends on the nature of their job. The company gives particular emphasis to the employees' life-long learning, providing educational programs and highly specialized seminars in Greece and abroad.
